i like playing badminton
even though i oways dosent play it correctly, but playing badminton helpsme release my anger and my fustration, it is also an good exercise..
when i am feeling low, i wil find som fren n go ply bdminton, after plyin,i felt so relaxed, my feelin oso bcom gud le.

my day keep getin worst n worst..

finaly nex week cn go travelin 4 1 week plus..

hope when i com bak, everitin wil b beter
